Breannon's passion is for people and being able to make a positive impact in the lives of people living with disability.
When she is not at work, you will find her with her Husband renovating their home or organising their next holiday adventure. Breannon also enjoys being surrounded by her family and friends particularly her fur-baby Hugo!
Experience
Breannon has a wide range of experience with various diversities. Working as a flight attend, hotel reception, PA and then in the complaints and feedback department. After completing her qualification in counseling and communication, she entered the world of Support Coordination, and this is when the spark ignited!
Breannon was very eager to start work at Continuity Care as their company values aligned with her own. She knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual. Breannon always applies a person centred and solution-focused approach to her clients. Her biggest perk of her role is getting to know each of her clients and then watch them all achieve their goals and improve the quality of life.
Education & Qualification
Breannon has completed a Diploma of Counselling and Communications, however, is very keen to complete her bachelor's degree.
